Darken/dim the other chat icons when in a group with topics

1. When I'm in a group with topics (white boxes), the other chat icons (red boxes) are too distracting
2. This leads me to look at the red icon for topic 4 and the yellow icon for topic 3 and so on (yellow boxes)
3. Darkening all the icons in the red boxes will help
4. This applies across all clients: desktop, web-a, web-k and even mobile
