Welcome. Cockroach Browser is a local-first Chromium runtime for AI agents with explicit origins, actions, profiles, resource budgets, approvals, and evidence.

Start contributing

1. Read CONTRIBUTING.md.
2. Use maintained Node.js 22, 24, or 26.
3. Run npm ci --ignore-scripts and npm run check.
4. Pick a focused, unassigned issue. The current newcomer task is documenting the shipped Fish completion command.
5. Open one narrow pull request with the test result and any authority/security impact stated.

The public roadmap is tracked in open issues. The documentation covers setup and capabilities. Use Discussions for questions and design exploration; use GitHub private vulnerability reporting for security-sensitive findings.

Please do not post cookies, browser profiles, tokens, private URLs, captured production data, or bypass requests.
