Steps to reproduce

Go to Auro-hyperlink doc site and add role="link" to any auro-hyperlink

<auro-hyperlink role="link" ondark="" href="https://www.alaskaair.com">Alaska Airlines</auro-hyperlink>

and it will add the padding for auro-button.

Expected behavior

The way it should work is that it should only change when role="button"

Adding role=button is the only way to change auro-hyperlink style.
