Steps to reproduce

When the toast closes, it fires an onToastClose event. But the on should not be included in the event name that's dispatched.

Expected behavior

I can create an event handler like <auro-toast onToastClose=..., instead of <auro-toast ononToastClose=...

Which version of auro-templates do you have installed?

I don't think any

Reproducible on the Auro doc site
