Feature: Detect when DevTools is open

It would be nice to detect when DevTools is open and remove the player from the DOM as an extra layer of "protection".

Possible packages to help with this:

• https://github.com/sindresorhus/devtools-detect

Last time I looked these didn't work reliably enough to include for all browsers, and added considerable bloat.

This has already been requested by users though, so think about adding it.
