Change default to minimum configuration

It's kinda cumbersome having to disable all the toggles everywhere I use the editor. Realistically no-one ever needs all the functionality. Therefore the toggles should be opt-in rather than opt-out. This way it's also more consistent with the "features", which are already opt-in.
