If Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable isn't installed, Mercury for Windows 7 displays this error during the installation or when starting after the installation:

Could you add a more explicit error message, with a link to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable?

Or could you add an explanation in README.md?
