As I mentioned again, GitHub Discussions can be used for that, no need for Telegram for this.

In the top repository in Weblate, Operations -> Settings -> Workflow -> Translation Quality Filter -> Only Include Approved Translations.

After that, Operations -> Users -> Teams -> Create New Team (select appropriate roles). Then Users -> Add a user (assign team).
