Poor documentation - needs additions and organization

I've used this plugin for months in a half-configured state because the documentation is super confusing and missing critical information. I'd love to work with you folks to help make it better.

A couple examples:

1. Change the organize it around to platform 1 > feature 1, feature 2. Platform 2 > feature 1, feature 2, etc. This would allow for quickly reviewing all the features and requirements of a platform.

2. Add common config requirements (per platform) as a dedicated section (under the proposed platform first organization approach). Here you can call out things like installing 'Samba-common' and add a currently missing(!) section for Windows Defender firewall configuration.

Thanks for your thoughts! Apart from what's mentioned in the README (basically just configuration of the plugin) and the FAQ (https://github.com/AlexGustafsson/homebridge-wol/wiki/Frequently-Asked-Questions), the documentation is "crowd sourced" by helpful people sharing how they set up their platform. As the plugin allows virtually any platform to be used in virtually any way, it's not feasible for me to document them beyond how the plugin itself works, with a few short pointers. I therefore rely on help from people like the ones who've shared their setups in issues, discussions or on the wiki.

The wiki should still be open for anyone to edit, please feel free to add new pages as you see fit. I'm sure it will help out others like yourself!
