Navbar accessibility using keyboard navigation for dropdown (tab and shift+tab)

Hi there,

How can I achieve to navigation on the dropdown menu using tab and shift+tab ?? Now, It's opening after clicking on the submenu item. But I want to show it when someone focus on the dropdown toggle.
