Quick Links not Showing Links/Expanding when Clicked

Expected Behavior

Opening the new tab page should automatically show the quick links or show all quick links when clicked.

Current Behavior

The Quick Links are never shown even though I do have links that were put in and it does not show them when I click on the card.

Possible Solution

I wouldn't know, this seems like a coding bug of some sort.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Add "Quick Links" Card
2. Open New Tab
3. Click "Quick Links" Card
   

Context

I was trying to use the "Quick Links" Card to quickly access links I use the most and speed up my browsing.
