"start-activated" option description looks weird

Reading the description here:

start-activated:
Type: bool
Default: false
Whether the inhibitor should be activated when starting Waybar.

Logically, I would expect power saving to be disabled on startup when I set it to false, but somehow it works the other way around.

I understand that you can't just swap the boolean values because users who have already set this option would need to change it to the opposite. However, at the very least, you could update the description. 🙏
