[feature] Automatic ordering of apps in taskbar for Niri

It would make sense for taskbar ordering of apps to correspond to the apps in the niri scrolling desktop. When windows are moved in niri the taskbar should update to the new ordering and if possible dragging apps around in taskbar should move them in the desktop to the new location.

I have no ideas how to best make this work with multiple workspaces. A option to have a dedicated taskbar for each?

I too have started wondering this. Not being too familiar with the code, I think it will probably be best if niri gets its own taskbar module. A feature I am after for example is to only show windows on waybar that are active on the current workspace.

I may take a look at implementing this over the break.
