Component does not stop PWM during unload or reload

Hi! I've noticed that if the boiler is operated using PWM, and the SAT integration is reloaded, the PWM logic seems to be misbehaving: it turns CT off and on every minute, sometimes even more frequently. It seems that multiple PWM cycle loops have been engaged, with conflicting phases of the modulation, which makes it toggle the heating back and forth.

The switching stops once Home Assistant is restarted though.
