Is it normal for the loading bar to flicker?

Is it normal for the stream.html loading bar on the player to flicker constantly? For example with URL http://x.x.x.x:1984/stream.html?src=driveway I get this behaviour:

After setting WebRTC candidates to host IP the loading is gone 👍

It is normal. It means MSE mode constantly load new data.
