Add multilingual support for Ontology Explorer

The Ontology Explorer section is currently available only in English. It would be very helpful to add support for multiple languages so that users can explore Quranic concepts and relationships in their native languages.

I would like to contribute a Kyrgyz language translation for the Ontology Explorer section.
