Can't build in Windows 10

When trying to compile the project I am always having the following error:

Plugin org.codehaus.mojo:license-maven-plugin:2.0.1.alfresco-2 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact org.codehaus.mojo:license-maven-plugin:jar:2.0.1.alfresco-2 in central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2) -> [Help 1]

I get the same error.

Does this have anything to do with Windows 10 tough?

No it happens on Linux as well, changing the org.codehaus.mojo:license-maven-plugin version from 2.0.1-alfresco-2 to 2.0.0 fixes this issue. The build still fails with a missing dependency, though.

I got "Caused by ... AuthorizationException: Access denied to: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org/codehaus/mojo/license-maven-plugin/2.0.1.alfresco-2/license-maven-plugin-2.0.1.alfresco-2.pom"

(whatever repository I use, I get always the same message)

now, trying to Maven-Build-ing (clean install goals) without any 'license' plugin reference (commented), it looks like all is going well;
but I dont know if it's "legal"...

The artifact is available in Alfresco Public repository https://artifacts.alfresco.com/nexus/content/repositories/public/ and not on Maven Central
