[QUESTION] Interoperability or Integration with Agents.jl?

I was reading through the documentation of AlgebraicABMs and came across this line:

We ultimate want to provide capabilities on par with software like AnyLogic, NetLogo, and Agents.jl - all while offering a mostly declarative interface

Out of curiosity, how does AlgebraicABMs exactly differ from Agents.jl and how does it necessarily preclude Agents.jl interoperability? At least, my impression was that interoperability would not be feasible.

Hi, I think the main differences are a tradeoff of declarativeness and expressivity (and, in the near term, performance). The dynamics of AlgebraicABMs are given primarily by rewrite rules, whereas in Agents.jl the actions of agents are expressed via arbitrary Julia code. I don't see much opportunity for integration of the approaches at the moment!
