Downstream Patches for Catlab 0.17

This is a tracking issue for AlgebraicJulia packages that need updating to Catlab 0.17. I'll update this PR if there are others besides DataMigrations and AlgebraicRewriting.

@sdwfrost has got a head start on a workable solution; I'm linking his PRs below. Since the changes span a few codebases, this will either require a thorough review, or Simon's changes can be used as a starting off point at the very least.

Thanks @lukem12345! I use a lot of AI tools, which can create a lot of unnecessary bloat in PRs (finding my way around this). There's quite a bit of refactoring across the ecosystem to bring everything up to compatibility; I deliberately didn't file all the PRs on my plan, as I didn't want to overwhelm review. No worries. We are having internal discussions on how to incorporate external PRs more quickly and make outside contributions easier. (Establishing AGENTS.md etc.)
