Add compressed block recipe for Unobtanium - Allthemodium Alloy Block

Hi,

This is a suggestion to add a compressed block recipe variant for the Unobtanium - Allthemodium Alloy Block which uses the Enchanting Apparatus from Ars Nouveau. The purpose of this is to allow the player to ramp up production rates for crafting ATM Stars (in my case - the end goal being the 9x ATM Star Block). The recipe should of course be more expensive in terms of energy cost (i.e. Source), but be more efficient at each tier of compressed block. This would be similar to the compressed recipes added by John09 in v5.2 for the Allthemodium - Vibranium Alloy Block which uses the Energising Orb from Powah.

For consistency-sake, it may also be worth looking into the recipe for the third alloy block, Unobtanium - Vibranium Alloy, which uses the Dissolution Chamber. However, this recipe might already be "fast" enough given it is a single block machine and relatively easy to scale (unlike the multiblock machines for the other two alloys).

This may also require a compressed recipe for the Source Gem Block, Air Essence, etc as they also use a multiblock structure (otherwise the alloy recipe would just bottleneck on these ingredients then)
