Abilty to swap certain blocks between their variants using the chisel

I was building something in Creative that made use of the steel blocks from Immersive Engineering and noticed said block is seemingly unobtainable in survival, as JEI wouldn't bring up a recipe for it.

That got me thinking... There are a number of blocks that have variants listed in the Creative menu but not normally obtainable in Survival, such as variants for lead, uranium, tin, nickel, and who knows what other metals/alloys...

The idea: Let us use a chisel to make blocks look like other variants of the same block.

Going back to the IE steel block as an example, we could use the chisel to make the craftable steel block look like the IE steel block.

Letting us do this would allow players to use these unused variants to spruce up their builds without effecting the modpack's balance.
