Have GUI window appear. (Seems to be only confiugrable on mac?)

Im looking through setting.cfg and trying to see what setting to alter to have the GUI window show up (running it on a spare laptop).
Cant find the setting to change.

Looking through the code and it looks like the GUI is hardcoded to not show up? (at least on windows .bat script while its an arugmetn froms etting.cfg on the .sh version). (GAME_ARGS is only imported on the .sh verison not .bat ??? why is it like this)
