Black level correction

If I understand correctly, the white balance only affects the white level. I have an RPi HQ camera without IR and color correction filter. The image here is of course discolored. the sky in particular is anything but black or grey.
Is there a way to correct the highlights and shadows separately, as white and black levels?

@ThomasW69, does the greyworld option do what you want?
If not you may be able to write a module that does what you want. Allsky out of the box can't do it.

I am absolutely unsure about that. I only found it via Google search. Unfortunately there are no pictures to see if it really does. I'm also an absolute layman when it comes to writing modules for Allsky. Otherwise I would have written it myself.
