I've been able to play with this but there is no consistency with regards to making changes in the Overlay Editor. I've refreshed, exited allsky, turned off all sky, saved allsky ..etc and sometimes I am allowed to move text fields around and sometimes I cannot. Cannot figure out why this is working like this. I do save all changes and (whenever the save change icon blinks) and no matter what pattern I use to try to go too different screens, ability to physically move text fields around the screen is random. |

@njrusty, what browser are you using, and is it on a PC, Mac, phone, etc? @Alex-developer will be back in a few days - he's the "overlay" guru. |

Tried various browsers; Brave, Edge, and Firefox. However; I did read in the instructions (with regards to Overlays) that you need the image to refresh. I shortened the daytime capture to 3 seconds which does seem to make it easier to make changes in with the Overlay Editor |

I'm pretty sure you can use the Overlay Editor when Allsky isn't running (and hence not updating images). However, the Editor uses the most recent image as the background and to set the resolution, and when Allsky isn't running the most recent image is usually one of the "notification" images like "Allsky is not running" and those images are almost always a lower resolution than camera images, so the layout is wacky and some fields may not show |

Currently you can use the overlay editor when allsky is not running but its not recommended. Can you please post the file I mentioned above, also details of which camera you are using and I can try and diagnose the issue Thanks Alex |

The Overlay Editor is not allowing me to click on a specific text field that was added. Upper left corner has 2 text fields that state 'NEW FIELD' that I cannot click and therefore cannot get rid of. All other fields I can click on and can adjust and/or delete, just not the 2 NEW FIELD texts
