.../allsky/image.jpg not showing

I enabled image.jpg in editor.

and changed these settings. But the image.jpg showing your old photo from 2016.

I am using an local installation which get directly accessed by Allsky dome at home.

SO i dont have to enable uploads (as in STFP/FTP) for that, because i dont upload it to my my website. Its DDNSed to my Allsky dome with portforwarding on my router. Doesnt an local allsky installattion move that image.jpg on the local installation?

Should i add:

"${ALLSKY_WEBSITE}/image"

I can access the image from the GUI Website: http://allsky.oxize.nl:8082/current/tmp/image.jpg

When I go to your Allsky Website I see what looks like your yard.
This entry in configuration.json tells an Allsky Website where to look for the image:

"imageName": "/current/tmp/image.jpg",

/current points to ~/allsky, so it's looking at the original image, and there is no reason to copy it to the local website, but you could if you wanted to.

Your Image URL needs to be http://allsky.oxize.nl:8082/current/tmp/image.jpg. allsky/image.jpg is the file in ~/allsky/html/allsky, and is Thomas' allsky camera. I should probably replace that with an image that says something like "Allsky needs to be configured".

You don't need to "upload" image.jpg so in config.sh set IMG_UPLOAD="false".
Then use the ftp-settings.sh values in your screenshot from 9 hours ago.
And leave your configuration.json as is - "imageName" : "/current/tmp/image.jpg" is correct.

ftp-settings is empty yet. Dunno what to put at Image_dir=, or isnt needed?

The purple link works if you click on it, but other use the image.jpg for that.

What i want is just to show the latest image on the map at my place. When you copy the link in the browser, it works. But when you lookup my name in Netherlands it doesnt work.

Because you are not uploading image.jpg, IMAGE_DIR is not use. Leave it blank.

Your image likely isn't showing on the map because it uses http and the map site is https. Most browsers won't show http content from an https site, for security reasons.

I thought Thomas had a work around for that; I will check with him.
