AS_SUN_NOON variable not showing the correct time

Does anyone else use the AS_SUN_XXXX variables? I noticed the AS_SUN_NOON variable is not showing the correct times but the others do. The AS_SUN_NOON seems to be off by the timezone offset. In my case 4 hours. Looking at the source, this may actually be a bug in the Astral python module.

Getting some strange results. I can confirm it was showing 17:00 as Noon for a while then all of a sudden it seems to be right

I think so as well. The calculations are all based upon a NOAA spreadsheet available from https://gml.noaa.gov/grad/solcalc/calcdetails.html

I tried your location and its correct so there must be some bug in the implementation.
