@trose1956, Allsky shouldn't be doing anything to the network that would cause it not to work. Try using the Pi's Wi-Fi setup. There should be a networking icon on the right side of the taskbar. On Buster it's a blue up and down arrow; I forget what it is on Bullseye and Bookworm. The Wi-Fi configuration page in the WebUI doesn't work very well in the current release, in my experience. It works better in the new release. Using the Pi's Wi-Fi setup you should be able to connect to other networks. |

Hi, I have built this great project on a Raspberry Pi 4B 8Gb. Every thing appears to work fine with the exception of the WiFi.
When I first installed the software on the Pi it connected to my home wifi with no problem. However, I wanted to install the camera at my astronomy clubs observatory and it would not connect to a different wifi even though it shows the available connections in the wifi configuration page and the wifi dashboard also shows no connection data.
I have updated my home router and now the AllSky camera will not connect to that wifi either, so now I am forced to use an ethernet cable link to the Pi which is undersireable. It seems that the AllSky camera will not connect to any new wifi at all.
I am a little unclear as to how the system decides to connect to any particular wifi listed in the wifi configuration page. What does the update button actually do apart from password enntry?
I have read the other discussions about wifi issues and have tried via ssh to manually program in a particular connection but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
