This may be a feature to add; a monitor and system alarm/message for /dev/sda* memory value to display in the image file overlay, something like that generated by the df -P command line.

Yes. It might be useful to be alerted to a storage situation that will halt AllSky image capture.

I suspect there are far better tools available to monitor the pi. Tools like nagios, Zabbix or even cloud based solutions like new relic
