ZWO ASI 715 MC for allsky-Cam?

Hello folks,
after trying everything I could think of to get a ZWO ASI 120MC-S with allsky to work, I finally gave up. At the moment I have a ZWO 718 MC installed. But I don't really want to use it for this.
Whilst searching for a cheap alternative, I came across the ZWO 715 MC. Is there anyone who has already built an Allskycam with it?
I know that you can somehow call up a list of compatible cameras in Linux, but Linux is a kind of final opponent for me. I was able to open a text document, but it only shows the USB port used.
Perhaps someone is using the 715 and can tell me something about its performance with Allsky.

The next release of Allsky due out in about a month will support all new ZWO cameras as of a couple weeks ago. The ASI120 should also work in that release.
It will also be easy to see what cameras are supported by that release once it's installed.

More people visit the Allsky Facebook page than GitHub, so you may want to ask your question about the 715 there.

Will the new release come as an update or do I have to make a compelte new installation?

@GuFuh1, the new release's installation will be like other releases - if you follow the instructions and rename your current "allsky" directory to "allsky-OLD", you will be asked if you want to use it to restore your images and settings.
