File Deletion and Image Sorting on Web Hosting

Hello,

I understand that if I set Days To Keep on Pi Website to 14, my data gets deleted on the Raspberry Pi every 14 days, but not on the web hosting. Is that correct?

I’d like to ask if this feature will also work on a remote web server in the future.

And one more thing – Images Sort Order only works on the Raspberry Pi, but not on the web hosting. Will this feature be available there in the future as well?

A future release will have a Days To Keep On Remote Website setting that will do what you want.
If you keep politely reminding me, I'll try and get it in the next release in a month or two. It's already partially implemented.

Regarding this:

Images Sort Order only works on the Raspberry Pi

The Images Sort Order setting only applies to the "Images" page of the WebUI.
The equivalent for a local or remote Website is the thumbnailsortorder setting in the associated configuration.json file in the WebUI's "Editor" page.

Note that this didn't work in v2024.12.06 but was fixed in v2024.12.06_01.
Choices are ascending for oldest-to-newest, or descending for newest-to-oldest.
