Startrails : Image created, no startrails (documentation needs improvement ?)

It is time to troubleshoot why I get only a single image with no startrails.

I follow the troubleshooting steps but I am a little bit confused:

I get the "No images below threshold 0.100, writing the minimum image only", so I need to determine the Brightness Threshold. To do so I proceed with "allsky-config get_brightness_info".

Do I have to run it on a specific folder? is it something more specific I have to do?

Cause I get always "No information found".

Please attach /var/log/allsky.log and /var/log/allsky.log.1 (if it exists - you will need to append .txt to its name before uploading).

The /var/log/allsky.log is empty in my setup. Probably the incompatibility that we've already talked about.

Sorry, forgot about that.
allsky-config get_brightness_info won't work for you since it looks in the log files for prior stairtrails runs.

However, if you run generateForDay.sh --startrails DATE for a bunch of days (replace DATE with a YYYMMDD in ~/allsky/images), you'll get the same data, so you can follow the documentation instructions.

Say, try running sudo journalctl -u allsky.service to see if it shows any log files.
