settings.json not updating

After making changes in the WebUI settings, the settings.json file is not updating with the current parameters for the remote website.

Display settings is enabled in the Web UI

What WebUI setting(s) did you change?
Next time you want to change something, first press F12 in the browser window and go to the "Console" tab.
After the change, is there a colored message in the WebUI? What does the "Console" tab say?

What is your remote Website URL?

remote website url is https://dutchghetto.com/allsky

The changes I'm made were to the nighttime settings - Trying to adjust exposure, delay and delay improve image quality.

After changing a setting, in this instance, exposure, the console reported the following:

Updated /home/n8yel/allsky/config/settings.json, msg=
index.php?_ts=1742761298:139
[sudo /bin/systemctl reload-or-restart allsky.service] returned 0, result= index.php?_ts=1742761456:139

After any change, the settings that are published to the website do not update

Please do the same thing but change the Latitude. Append a 0 to its, then let me know what the Console tab says.
