ISS system variables not working

Hi all,

Adding the ISS variables to the overlay works fine but then on the production image it doesn't show up.

Any idea to fix this?

Would you please change the Debug Level to 4, then wait until a couple images appear, then attach /var/log/allsky.log. You can then change the Debug Level back.

Also, please run:

cd ~/allsky/html/support
mv support-AS-D-20250707184509.zip support-AS-none-20250707184509.zip

This will eliminate a warning message when you visit the "Getting Support" page.

In the Overlay Editor, click on the gear icon on the top right. What's in your Norad ID's field? This is mine:

25544 is for the ISS.

The following lines are in the log file. Are there other fields that need to be enabled in order for these variables to appear?

It was missing the Norad's ID... it is now working.

what would cause these not to be displayed: ${METEORCOUNT}, ${SKYSTATE}, ${SKYSTATESTARS} ?

The module either isn't running is the most likely for example star count makes no sense in the daytime.

The other possibility is a file stuck in the extra data folder I.s could have wrong permissions

Are the fields on the overlay used during the daytime? If so then that the cause of the errors
