Please follow the instructions on the WebUI's "Getting Support" page and attach the support log it creates. Is this a local Allsky Website on the Pi, or a remote Website? |

The Getting Support page should tell you where the file is - if it didn’t, please let me know. |

Ho lo stesso problema. Cliccando ctrl+f5 ho cambiato immagine in "imagine loading". Se ci riesci fammi sapere. Grazie |

sul sito, ho praticamente aggiornato la pagina e cancellato la cache
ovviamente mi ha cancellato la prima pagina di errore e mi è rimasta quella
con "loading"

Every time I go to your Website it works fine. Can you try with a
different browser and have a friend try?
On your phone, go to:
https://meteorosarno.altervista.org/allsky/index.php?x=1
and see if that works.
You can also try increasing your nighttime Delay in the WebUI to 10
seconds. Your log file had quite a few cases where it tried to save or
upload one image but couldn't because a prior image was still being
processed.

Is there a resolution to the original question re: "The image is not found or is corrupted". I have the same error appearing on my remote website after upgrading. There is nothing wrong with the image.... the message goes away after a couple of seconds - it's more a timing issue where the message appears before the image has finished uploading. I would just like to stop the message flashing up on the remote website - note it doesn't do it on every cycle, it is only sporadic maybe when the image takes longer to upload due to traffic on my network etc but it is flashing on my screen many times in an hour. Any hints as to how to stop it? I searched discussions the other days and saw where someone was suggesting only displaying message if error happened in 2 consecutive cycles, but I can't find that discussion now to see if there were instructions / responses to his suggestion. TIA |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.

After installing the latest version, I’m encountering this issue on the website and I can’t seem to fix it. I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling the site, but nothing works. Before the image loads, this warning appears, then disappears once the image finishes loading and sometimes the image doesn’t display at all.
How can I fix this?
Thank you.
