fxgl-samples improvements

Related to the fxgl-samples module:

• Clean up sandbox: a lot of WIP samples there that could be turned into reference tutorials / samples
• MapGenerationSample: add interactivity, where the apply() func can be edited in UI
• ParticleShowcaseSample: add interactive demo with settings

Hi there,
I found something else that can be improved: the sample SpriteSheetAnimationSample tries to animate some images named "fish/blue1.png" etc. However, these images are missing in the repository, resulting in a "Failed to load texture" error.
