adhoc + ORDER BY WITH FILL dashboard. Syntax error.

I got this exception, then I added AND before $adhoc and got that:

I see there Query Error: 404 Not Found, but in Query Inspector I see the following:

So:

1. We have different Errors in panel and in Query Inspector.
2. AdHoc there don't wrapping service name with quotes
