Context

The purpose of this task is to be able to use the placeholder feature without requiring the Effects from @o3r/components/rules-engine.

Proposal

Today the @o3r/components/rules-engine is bringing the dependencies to the different features to generate the template to be print in the Placeholder.
The goal is to split this effect smaller part to be exposed by the different feature module and reconcile them thank to InjectToken.
