[Feature]: `cms.json` removal

Context

After discussing with CMS responsible team (https://github.com/orgs/AmadeusITGroup/teams/otter_cms), we decided to remove the cms.json schema and its generation in the generated application.

• Remove cms.schema.json from @o3r/application
• Do not generate application with a cms.json file
