checkBluetooth on iOS 14 always returns true

Hey, 

I wanted to use your library to figure out the state of the Bluetooth adapter on my iPhone X with iOS 14. However, the variable checkBluetooth always returns true, no matter what state the adapter really has. 

is it a known bug and does someone has any suggestions on that?
