changing date format

Loving tui-journal!
Is there a way to change the date format?
Right now it displays day,month,year
I would like to change this to year-month-day
I don't see anything in the configuration or themes that supports this.

I'm glad that you are enjoying using this simple journal!

The format of dates is unfortunately still not configurable. However, I think it would simple to implement since the configuration system and its integration in the app are implemented.

I may get some time for this around the holidays, also I'm open for PRs if you want to try your luck 😉
