This is being disabled on Linux due to a bug in swift-preview-1. You can get this behavior by passing it explicitly in the config file if you're not affected by the bug.
swift-preview-2 should carry the fix and we can re-enable it globally then.
We should also deprecate the separate WMO flag at that time. I need to back that change out of the doc PR for now.
