Why is the Firefox extension so far behind?

The Chrome extension is at v4.0.2, updated 2025-10-26, the Firefox extension at v3.0.0.18, updated 2024-10-17. Even though the readme says, "Available for Chrome and Firefox as a Web Extension," the repository's description doesn't talk about Firefox at all: "Chrome extension to return youtube dislikes." I couldn't find any information about Firefox support being dropped, though.

I'm using Firefox and was about to report a bug about the progress bar below the like and dislike button sometimes not being shown at all. Using the browser dev tools, the following wrong style stood out: <div class="ryd-tooltip ryd-tooltip-new-design" style="width: NaNpx;">. But with a version difference between v3.0.0.18 and v4.0.2, it may already have been fixed long ago.
