Device not polling nor controllable

My device stopped polling a while back, not had a chance to log it.
i ended up deleting and readding it back on which i thought had worked but it hasn't.
i can see my device but it doesnt poll and yes ive toggled it on in system options.
i also am not able to control it but i never did via the intergration anyway.
can anybody help?
