Orientation Errors on Wi-Fi Network

I'm using this ARKit-CoreLocation library to anchor virtual nodes to GPS coordinates in my ARView. The application functions correctly over cellular data, but switching to a Wi-Fi network causes significant orientation errors, placements intended for the left appear on the right or rear. Is there a setting within the ARCL setup that specifically needs modification when the device is utilizing Wi-Fi for location services?
