What happened?

Auto-Build fails to initialize in native macOS app. Shows "Failed to initialize". Claude doctor clean (native 2.1.3), claude runs, claude doctor its ok, /init working

New project or existing dont matter

macOS latest

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Auto-Claude app.
2. Open existing project folder or new.
3. Click "Initialize Auto-Build".
4. Fails immediately, no workflows/agents.

Working correctly
