Task is not transitioning on it's own from Plan to Code

What happened?

Starting a task goes first to Planning mode which successfully completes but it doesn't transition automatically when Planning mode is finished to Coding mode.

I always have to manually Stop and Resume task in order for the task to get unstuck and continue with Coding mode.

It's really cumbersome because if I start multiple tasks in parallel, I have to always check manually if a task finished Planning and unstuck them manually.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a task
2. Start it
3. Wait for Planning mode to finish
4. Observe the Logs of the task, Planning mode is green with status Complete
5. Task doesn't transition automatically to Coding, it just stays like this forever
6. In order to continue, you have to manually Stop Task and then Resume Task

Expected behavior

Transition automatically through all the task stages, from Planning to Review
