Any Advice on how to setup Memory with Graphiti Database?

Question

I'm confused about the memory settings. On one hand, it says "no separate docker container required", it can work with a bundled database. On the other hand it asks for q graphiti mcp server running on port 8000.

Can someone provide any further information about this?

Context

I want to setup Auto-Claude and stumbled upon setting up a memory.
