add the note for children in parsing
* allow h function to add the child nodes to the correct node when children are parsed

This pull request refactors the SelectorParser.fs file to add support for parsing child selectors. It includes changes to the SelectorParser.fs file and adds new functions to the NodeOps module. The changes also include new test cases for parsing nested elements with ids, classes, and attributes.
