RypeBot Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using RypeBot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot immediately.

2. Description of Service

RypeBot is a Discord application that provides server management, automation, informational tools, utility commands, and other community features.

Features may change, be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Bot.
  • Circumvent permission systems.
  • Spam commands or intentionally overload the service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the Bot or its infrastructure.

4. Discord Terms

Use of RypeBot must comply with:

  • Discord Terms of Service
  • Discord Community Guidelines
  • Discord Developer Policies

Violation of Discord's policies may result in loss of access to the Bot.

5. Server Administration

Server owners and administrators are responsible for:

  • Configuring permissions appropriately.
  • Managing user access.
  • Reviewing changes made through administrative commands.
  • Ensuring the Bot is used within their community responsibly.

6. Availability

The Bot is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Availability of specific features
  • Compatibility with future Discord updates

Maintenance, outages, updates, or interruptions may occur without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and maintainers of RypeBot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

8. Intellectual Property

All source code, documentation, branding, graphics, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Suspension or Termination

Access to RypeBot may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including for misuse, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of RypeBot is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the Bot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
