C# : Floating point comparison warnings

@AngusJohnson : I noticed you have

internal const double floatingPointTolerance = 1E-15;
set in one location, but this could possibly benefit from being a public static property because there are a number of floating point comparison warnings in other classes that could be suppressed conveniently with something like this. Otherwise, this needs to be duplicated in a number of places to silence the warnings. (see Clipper.cs lines 277, 291, 300, 309; Clipper.Engine.cs line 422; Clipper.Offset.cs lines 231, 233, 238, 250)

I just wondered which approach you would prefer (duplication or change to public, static)
